Well, I'm not sure. On one hand, the company has stated publicly that "the Company issued 5,000 shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock to its sole officer and director, Shaun Irvine."
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1335002/000100233414000006/f8kacquisition.htm

On the other hand, I believe when asked for more details and/or info in regards to all the Outstanding & Authorized EXBX shares, I believe the company has gone on record recently stating that this information can be obtained from the Transfer Agent and/or the Nevada Secretary of State.

The confusing part about that is I believe a particular shareholder's attorney went to both the Transfer Agent and the Nevada Secretary of State. I believe a particular shareholder's attorney said that there is no recording or information from either the Transfer Agent or the Nevada Secretary of State in regards to this 5000 shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock.

I checked the SEC Website and searched for EXBX SEC Form 4s which I believe is a filing that relates to insider trading.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001335002&type=&dateb=&owner=only&count=40

"Every director, officer or owner of more than ten percent of a class of equity securities registered under Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 must file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission a statement of ownership regarding such security."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Form_4

I wasn't able to find any reference to this 5000 shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock on the Exobox SEC Form 4 Website link above.

Although I could be wrong, I believe Exobox's Transfer Agent, Action Stock Transfer, has stated that as of May 28, 2014, there are..

500,000,000 Authorized shares of common stock and 10,000,000 Authorized shares of preferred stock.

Although I could be wrong, I believe Exobox's Transfer Agent, Action Stock Transfer, has stated that as of May 28, 2014, the breakdown of the preferred stocks are as follows..

Preferred - 6,380,000 Total Authorized
Preferred A - 2,100,000 Total Authorized
Preferred B - 1,500,000 Total Authorized
Preferred C - 20,000 Total Authorized
--------------------------------------------
Total 10,000,000 Authorized Preferred Stock

In addition, according to the company Articles of Incorporation that I believe the Transfer Agent recently provided, it too reflects the same numbers of Authorized shares that are above. I too have a copy of these Articles of Inc that were provided to me by Jack Cukjati some time ago. It too reflects the same numbers I believe.

I have requested on numerous times from the sole director and officer of Exobox, Shaun Irvine, for copies of the latest Exobox Articles of Inc. and Bylaws, but he has not provided them to me as of yet that I am aware of.

Regardless, as shareholders of EXBX, in my opinion shareholders are entitled to know how, what, where, when, and why, in regards to issued shares of EXBX stock. I'm of the opinion that this info in regards to the 5,000 shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock that were issued to Exobox's sole officer and director, Shaun Irvine, that supposedly gives him the right to convert into, and in the interim exercise the voting power, of 500 million shares of common stock, which he states is equivalent to approximately 51% of the Company's outstanding shares on a fully diluted basis, will be forthcoming one way or the other.

Go Exobox Common Stock Shareholders !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
