I could very well be wrong, but isn't 500 million the maximum number of shares of common stock authorized for EXBX? If so, how could the following portion of the statement about Shaun acquiring the series "D" stock be true?

"giving him the right to convert into, and in the interim exercise the voting power, of 500 million shares of common stock."
