Hey does anyone remember the 8-K below?

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1335002/000100233414000006/f8kacquisition.htm

"On January 29, 2014, and in consideration of approximately $50,000 in cash, the Company issued 5,000 shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock to its sole officer and director, Shaun Irvine."

"The current control person is Shaun Irvine, who holds all of the outstanding Series D Convertible Preferred Stock, giving him the right to convert into, and in the interim exercise the voting power, of 500 million shares of common stock. This is equivalent to approximately 51% of the Company's outstanding shares on a fully diluted basis."

----------

I believe (with confidence) and it is my opinion that as of May 28, 2014, those 5000 Preferred Class D stocks mentioned in the 8-K above WERE NOT recorded with the company's Transfer Agent who I believe is Action Stock Transfer Corporation, 2469 E. Fort Union Blvd., Suite 214, Salt Lake City, UT 84121, Telephone: (801) 274-1088, Website: http://www.actionstocktransfer.com

I believe (with confidence) and it is my opinion that as of May 28, 2014, those 5000 Preferred Class D stocks mentioned in the 8-K above WERE NOT recorded in any Exobox company Bylaws or Articles of Inc. that the Nevada Secretary of State has.

I believe (with confidence) and it is my opinion that as of May 28, 2014, those 5000 Preferred Class D stocks mentioned in the 8-K above WERE NOT recorded in any EXBX SEC Form 4 filing.

Just my opinions.

If my opinions are accurate, I wonder why the company's sole officer and director wouldn't have recorded and/or disclosed that transaction and issuance of 5000 shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock with either the Transfer Agent, with the Nevada SOS, or in an SEC Form 4, much sooner.

Very strange in my opinion how the company I believe tells a particular shareholder's attorney I believe that the information that was requested can be found with the Nevada SOS and with the company's Transfer Agent.

Oh well,

GO EXBX !!!!!
