The Stochastic is very similar to Williams %R. Thanks. I'll cogitate on it.

Well, the Baby Back Ribs were rubbed, then slow cooked in the oven yesterday. Solidified in the fridge overnight. It will be smoked and slathered on the grill for a little while and then consumed with gusto (and a little beer).

I'll let you all know how this recipe worked out.
