I don't know why it is considered positive that the S-3 was withdrawn when it was considered positive that it was initially filed--the announcement was greeted by applause when it was initially announced an an investors' meeting. I'm really curious about the facility in Oakland and how it is being funded, since I assumed some of the $50M would go to that end. Moreover, I thought the majority of it was to be used in connection with getting their Nevada operation up and running, and since they are planning to apply for multiple dispensaries in the LV area, in addition to the cultivation/production facility for which they've already received a special-use permit, I imagine they could've found a use for the money. Hopefully we get an explanation as to why this was done or else it is a bit of a head scratcher.
