Exactly! Anyone crying this is negative news is not thinking. Why would TRTC file for an S-3 and go through the entire process only to withdraw? Perhaps they did it to have an "audit" by the SEC to avoid any questions or concerns. Either way, this means they don't need this financing. My sense is that it's a combination: They have found better financing, AND they have more EG revs than expected, so they will no longer need the S-3. Plain and simple.
