VTXB has the EXCLUSIVE and only rights to market Vortex brand products in the United States. The international rights to market and distribute items under the Vortex brand name were awarded to other distributors throughout the 3 continents, (Europe, Asia and Australia). VTXB derives no revenue from the international sales, but all of the revenue from domestic sales.
The company was not selling products under the licensing agreement prior to June 1st. The reason for this is that the previous company who had purchased the merchandising rights filed chapter 11, so thus, products were still being sold, although not prolifically, due to the fact that there was no marketing awareness campaign to promote said products.
That is all about to change now. Celebrity endorsements ARE coming. They will also be kicking off a major brand awareness campaign within the next 2 weeks to launch their goods and get the word out. The Vortex brand name is well known for quality and excellent craftsmanship, but until now, that knowledge was limited to the select few who actively play tennis.
Look for these campaigns and merchandising blitzes to begin VERY, VERY shortly.
