Can someone answer a question for me.

Vortex Brands has an exclusive license to sell Vortex products in the US? Does that mean that they are only ones allowed to sell Vortex Products in the US?

Also were they selling Vortex Products before the reverse merger? Or did they start selling the product on June 1.

I've read all I could on this but still a little unclear.
