CLF offers Casablanca 3 board seats and Casablanca says, “No thanks”:

CLF also offered to reduce the BoD size from 11 to 9 directors; however, 3 of 9 directors wouldn’t give Casablanca BoD control, so CLF’s offer comes across as a lame attempt at a compromise.

p.s. I voted my “gold proxy” shares in favor of Casablanca today.
