Good post Serious..."SEC filing about Verizon and StudentConnect is on the section called Management Discussion and Analysis.

The agreement was filed in the SEC filings. It described clearly there are 2 agreement and one of them is joint sales and marketing the other is network usage.

Reality will strike soon. Just 5 more weeks for school to start."
