Can you provide us with accurate information that every time a firm, Apple or otherwise, is sued by a patent troll, they are using in house counsel who are on a retainer and therefore to the defendant there is no marginal cost? If not, then there it the something to get sued, frivilously.

Are you saying that their general counsel, who may not have any expertise in patent law, is handling this for them?
