Never - you have not researched the predilection of companies that spend millions on retainers to NOT settle lawsuits that are frivolous...especially Apple. They have nothing to lose and would never pay a dime since they are already paying lawyers fees on retainer...Apple would never justify EDIG not for a minute, if EDIG did not have something valid. The amount of the lawsuit is irrelevant in this case, they (EDIG) won, period. That justifies them with all the other companies and we see them suing everyone and settling a lot of cases...Tom the guy that wrote that review on EDIG, got it right, experience tells me what is happening.

Forget the definition of nuisance, it is meaningless...in fact the lawsuits are almost irrelevant, EDIG needs to sell, either through using its law firm or old fashioned sales...that will increase the PPS...
