Did you get a chance to buy at .04? - I still think 3's are highly likely if the company continues this strategy of silence

(156M shares * .04) - $1.8M cash = Enterprise Value of about $4.4M for $10M in sales

Does anyone think they want to depress price for a possible go private strategy? Seems like a good financial advisor could raise $10-12M for a bid that most shareholders would be happy with at this point. Miller gets a fee, Ferris gets a nice gain, and they do not need to file or schedule annual meetings anymore - win,win,win

IMO, They act like a private company so they should become a private company.
