SRGE - Waiting for bgl to issue a statement regarding the legal status of Cinco Minas. With the resignation of their CEO/President on June 17th, and all that has been written on message boards since then, I think their shareholders need some clarification on this matter.
It's very simple: Either they (bgl) feel they still have legal standing....or they don't. They don't have to get into the specifics of the case (if there still is one).
SRGE/MSJ looking good right now...based on the dd we have been reading.
