RVNC sells 4.6M* shares @$30.50, a 3% discount to yesterday’s close; the base amount of 4M shares is a 1M-share upsize from yesterday’s announcement:

The share price rose 1% today, which is consistent with the upsizing of the offering. Nevertheless, I’m somewhat bearish on this stock.
