What we really need is a trial EPA vs STATIN! This is the only way to prove our theory. It's great that they are comparing Statin vs Statin and give us an idea which one may be better. But does not answer the final question. How to reduce CVE/CVD in all patients regardless of the level of fat in their blood! This hands down is the biggest dilemma the statin empire has.
