Re: Studioplex financing and need to r/s. Is there not milestone obligations to E. county, contractors, etc,... that create a problem to wait 2 or 3 months for sp to get to a healthy point for the split?. Or put another way would further construction delay send the sp the other direction?.

...just pointing out the chicken or the egg conflict. R/S will drop sp like a rock after and threat of it before. Unless the stated purpose of arranging bank financing comes simultaneously. If it’s just a carrot to attract a bank then that time in between will be bad. On the other hand it construction could start that would be a huge boost. Catch 22.
