COUNT IS PUSHING 200 MILLION. First thing we need to get off the table is ANY talk of a RS at this level. A RS down here out of this shitstorm shows nothing but a company in desperation IMO. A yeah, we learned our lesson, lets keep diluting you into the ground we'll just make more money selling shares at a dime. Make no doubt about it a RS is not what we want now. If mngmnt cares one bit about share holder value they will restore investor confidence, let the investment base grow and build momentum. We need to crawl again before we can run to a bigger league.

NOW a RS coming out of a position of strength would be much different say at 2 or 4 or 5. Plus they could do it with a much smaller split...much better for us holders. A hey look, were strong and getting stronger mentality so to speak. We were just downlisted from the .01 level to the lowest level possible. For crying out loud we're almost at zero now. Let's step up to a much bigger league over 10 cents now? Give me a break, our price will fall like a brick as soon as the RS is complete. No Bueno!!!
