Gary, idea of the letter and shareholders involvement is good but it is very complicated IMO...
what do we really want ?
we want studioplex to be built, right ? and we want to get this done using a loan from institution; as much as we hate it, we all know that none of the serious investors are not going to touch it with our OS being at 2G; we are going to need R/S to move forward;
now I think that all we can do we can suggest strongly that they should wait and give some time for PPS to adjust to its true value; depends how much time they need for construction, it would be great if they could wait until Yellow is in theaters and we all know that revenues are about to start coming which would make MEdient very attractive for private investors and R/S wouldn't do any harm to PPS;
now the risky part is that we can not expect that new management is going to reveal their plan and announce now approximate date of R/S; that would most likely kill our run
I think that this is very tricky to know exactly what we are asking for...

btw, I would email also that guy Tim; as far as I remember he had 35M and his contact info was in a SEC filing; I'm pretty sure he would be on a board with us...
