I am not being mean or nasty when I say this but that makes no sense. Because we are talking about fraud here. They 8k ed and PRed what the gross and profit of company is. The only thing we need to see the financials for is current share structure and expenses of company. You asked if they are taking in this much why is the PPS currently were it is? Well that is pretty obvious IMO if any damn public traded company was late on 2 financial reports there PPS would suffer I am sorry to say pretty easy to answer that question. So if the numbers do not match the 8k and PRs the company committed shareholder fraud and your worry would not be the PPS falling to .0001 your worry would be losing your entire investment from SEC/FINRA shut down. So you either are holding waiting for fins or you if you believe negative now would be prime time to dive out because if it is SEC fraud your investment is toast. That should pretty much answer all your concerns IMO. $BETS
