Yes they have been late. But only by 15 days.
So far it's about 75 days!!!
IMO the story about the audit being delayed in Ireland is BS!!!
If the numbers were good, they would have announced what they are, even without the 10K.

Since last September 18th, when the closing price was 0.18, until yesterdays closing price of 0.03, the stock price has declined 83%. If the present steady rate of decline continues, the price will reach 0.0001 in about 8 weeks from now.
