Actually, I received the voting package this Monday. This needs to be addressed.

I view BDCO as having gone through a reverse merger. In most cases, an owner/manager will do the right thing when their wealth is tied up in the business. There will always be "bad apples", but I have no concerns today.

BDCO should be cranking out revenues at a $500 million annual rate shortly.
