I think what is really insane about all of this is that $2M is nothing to Pfizer. Does not even register on the expense radar screen with them. Their legal fees most likely will cost more than 2M due to they are probably using outside council to handle this case for them. Pfizer has a reputation among the Management Consultant community just like the Federal Government of spending millions on contractors/outsourcing etc etc. Contracting with Pfizer and Federal Government is like Liquid Gold.
