My company has been deeply influenced by Berkeley Business School's Open Innovation philosophy. This is hard in security and defense work. You have to learn to both share information freely while guarding some very carefully. IMO it is worth the tension however. Transparency is an ethical value as is confidentiality--there needs to be a balance IMO. I need to go back to the BatCave now. Do no harm--I'll be back later, IJO
