And there's the TICK doing a quick turn up and just missing 1000+ at 2:09. Immediately in the next minute spikes back down under 500. PREM ignoring it, just more sideways. Here's the TICK trying again. Didn't even make it to 800 this time. MSFT is running though, back over $24.
