The recent revelations of a "slush" fund to ward off Linux could cause farther legal problems in Europe. If nothing else, shows how worried MSFT is about it's own future. TICK is continuing in it's down trend off the HOD. PREM just looks sidewayish. We're in the 2 o'clock window. We turn up here, or sell off into the close. The terrorist warnings on the top of the hour news are starting to sound ominous.
