Corporate Updates
June 3--Mr. Stephen R. Maddox resigned from the Board of Directors last week. He has now retired.
New management is working on many compliance related items and will be filing form 6490 with FINRA in the coming weeks. This is a notice required to be filed by companies taking certain corporate actions and must be filed two weeks ahead of the planned corporate action. Late filings are subject to onerous fees.
These contemplated corporate actions are in no way delaying the several projects that are in the works.
Film
We have three movie deals to fund and are progressing nicely.
Oil & Gas
We have several projects to do once we have the capital in place.
Medical Marijuana
We are seriously looking at what will likely be a multi-billion dollar industry in just a few years. Many serious and big players are entering the field. We are considering how we can participate in the explosive market.
Real Property
We plan continue the company's past dealings with pending items possible to complete.
