If this Kostro dude is a fugitive, then why o why was that debt not restated earlier???!

Could have been a major reason why financing was tough for this company! What a dopey thing not to get rid of aged and fraudulent debt much earlier.

I really cannot understand how management thinks. Fail fail fail! As indicated, as Indy points out, by share price. Way too many mistakes have been made, and all working against the shareholder! :(

I feel the stock would bounce even by just replacing the dude.
