" high esteem " ???? And with the sort of history this company has do you think the Judge would hold WSGI to any level of esteem ? The suit was and is absolutely frivolous, WSGI knew exactly what they were getting into before they signed the paper. Even a blind monkey can type "la jolla" in google and get a clear picture of what they are and what they do. For them to say they were blind sided or didn't know is absolutely ridiculous. Further, the fact that their attempt to continue the claim by posting "secret promise" dates AFTER the deal was made clearly shows either an idiot lawyer or just pure fabrication by the company or both.
