be real, the judge asked WSGI to...

give the dates and times, WSGI said they were made promises to induce WSGI into their agreement.

WSGI was so inept the dates they gave were months "after" the agreement was signed.

You don't find that funny? It's hilarious! And the stupidity is not just with the attorneys. It looks like that incredible WSGI management team didn't take the time to review the filing. Of course they've been busy removing assets from the company.
