Okay, you may be right. But, they certainly turned on a dime and didn't waste any time rescinding the SPA after the AdCom. Needs must, they were able to suddenly make it a priority. Maybe they can do so again. I wish there were some penalty in place that increases over the length of time until the situation is corrected.
