Hi awk. Respectfully, I cannot imagine how you can state in no uncertain terms "we will not get delisted."

Barring any "left field" announcement that puts money "in the bank," delisting is a real possibility.

Flat quarter; burn rate requires more funds; in which case another "shelf" is coming.

Wave's MO is not a secret (same for a couple of years -- rinse 'n repeat). Get a number of PRs out there to peek buying interest, PPS rises, wavoids buy up a chunk, PIPE boys short the "crap" out of it, then the new financing terms hit the news! The latest @ .54 ... surprise!

I want WAVX to succeed, if for no other reason, to benefit the folks who have supported the company for many years. However, I no longer have the mind-set that management has the investor's best interest in mind (SKS dump being a case in point).

A buyout for $2 would be a gift right about now. BWDIK?
