Touring an abandoned minesite would be pretty depressing. With not even a maintenance crew, who has been maintaining storm water controls? I am sure there is muddy runoff everywhere, into the farmer's fields, etc. - all in violation of their EIS, which I understand is no longer valid.
And, not having paid the local farmer the $70K, the vehicle and the gas owed to them, I am sure Alf and any prospective investors would be met with an "interesting" reception.
A tour of the New Jersey headquarter would be a lot safer ...... and cheaper.
