So in that case I would keep track of the delayed buys and do them when the 13 day crosses the 30 day moving average, and delay sells as a security goes up till it then starts to decline, again waiting for the moving average crossover. In that reguard I would generally be waiting for more than a 20 % rise in my average buying price and would let the security rise in price as long as possible.
