I am almost in daily contact with Digitech.

He still holds all his stocks and i apprecciate him much, because he has do also everything possible to change things to good on the actual management.

The difference between us is, that he prefers more to change only the Board/CEO/CFO and want work again with Fifer as Chairman. We in Germany (i think we would hold a total of ca. 20% of the company, maybe even more) are strong pissed off from Richard and want a total newstart without Richard, so that we have a credible, succesfull management and so that investors can again invest in our stock. As long as Fifer still is in the company I BELIEVE that no new investor want invest here again (and so the stock not more want go up!).

So i follow another plan than Digitech. But i am with him almost daily in contact and i hope that he also wants to go to the BOD as a representant of the shareholders under a total new management. But this he has to decide alone.
