this i can explain you. Because before they came out with the numbers from Q4/2013 in October, everything here was still fine. The company was still on target for a new record income. So there was FOR ME no reason to change anything.

And with 30 mio profit per year i have no problem, that the management not take only 1 mio salary, i also have no problem that he makes with him self business (helicopter, restaurants) for another 1 mio per year. Like one said before, for a bad management every salary is too much and for a good management nothing is too high for pay them.

But NOW after bring a high profitable company in this situtation, that we almost was bankrupt (without the money from FQM), i not more want close my eyes about this.

I have try to solve this problems with a lot of conversations with the management, but they do only what they want. That´s why i am so pissed off and working now on the Plan B.
