Pinksheet companies don't file with the SEC but they do load their filings onto the OTCMarkets.com site and they need to do that in order to keep their financials current. If I understand what he was trying to say is that FRTD has completed the 10Q and it is being loaded into the OTCMarkets site, and the Attorney's Letter for the 10K is already their and just waiting for the OTCMarkets to ok it, and then out it up. Then FRTD will have current financials with an Attorney's letter in place. In my opinion this helps them a great deal with the SEC. If Parilla is telling the truth and the SEC never spoke to him or asked him for any information before the suspension, and didn't know that Finra had already interviewed Parilla 2 weeks before then I think there's a real case where the suspension could be lifted and we'd see FRTD back on the pinks like before.
