10K and 10Q has been done and is awaiting verification by OTC Markets and the FRTD information will be updated
10-K and 10-Q are not filed by FRTD. Those are regulatory filings filed by SEC reporting companies. FRTD is not only not registered with the SEC, they deregistered back in 2011. Only 1 reason to deregister - to run a scam and hide from the SEC.
Second, you claim those documents (which they couldn't file in the first place) are "awaiting verification by OTC Markets". That is incorrect, as OTCMarkets is a for-profit promotion company. They are not a regulator and they "verify" absolutely nothing. They are paid by the Companies to post on their website EVERYTHING their paying clients (the companies) upload to the website, no matter how incomplete, fake or fraudulent. That claim that the documents have been uploaded and are awaiting verification is patently false.
