The letter to the town which outlines the activities which is part of the application, is quite different from the activities which will take place at the site of the former horse surgery/vet office. The company might have changed the federal address of record to the new location where the R&D and hemp facility will be which is 135 North Rear Road, not 20 where the vault/building is. The zoning on that site, #20 allows for small amounts of processing but not to the extent the company has indicated, or had indicated by others, in press releases and on social media.
