Tks Razz, good to know you're an auditor, your assessment sounds very encouraging and hope you're correct on that, we need those statements out ASAP.
Was thinking on the probability of SVFC planning to remain pink as part of an admin or accounting strategy? Is that prudent to do for SVFC at this time?
Read somewhere in OTC rules section that after 3 miss late filings you're out for a year, not completely sure if that rule includes both, the 10K &10Q's.
