it's based on my expectations as an auditor. When we audit a company through the year-end financial statements, then that will always take time as we need to obtain all the confirmations for substantive procedures and verification of the financial assertions. 10Ks take a very long time to complete >> especially one that is as complex and detailed as Intellicell's.

Quarterly usually takes between 2 weeks to 1 month for finalization, depending on the size of the company. No confirmations or testing procedures are required from the auditor. As an auditor, we finished a large bank engagement within 2 weeks, so anything is possible given the expected timeframe of the client. Seeing that Dr. Vic here is probably in a rush, I'm giving 1-2 weeks as an estimate ASSUMING they started the quarterly review/audit last week.
