Points of Interest
1.This was a scam; yes UC, with the help of Roger Glenn, Robert Maheu, the Dept of Justice pulled off the greatest scam this country has ever witnessed. They beat the crooked MM's, Brokers, Hedgies, SEC, DTCC, at their own crooked game.They baited the trap and their greed allowed them to blindly walk right into it. They are caught hook, line and sinker.
2. Ther is NO NSS!; Nope! Never was! Legal jargon please! They are called FTD's....Fail to deliver.....same thing, just a more politicaly correct name for the same B/S.
3. There is NO settlement! Nope! The very word-"settlement" would be an admission by the SEC/DTC that they were in the wrong, which the Federal Government will not allow, to save face. Fact is, the feds weren't minding the henhouse and looked the other way, while they illegaly sold TRILLIONS of shares, many of which they have no record of at CEDE and co. SO>>>> what do they call it? Distribution of assets....sounds better, especialy when the snot nosed gurus on CNBC finally speak about it momentarily on live TV.
4. Paid Basher. Paid by whom????? Brokers, hedgies, SEC, DTC pay these physicology majors to pray upon the weak minded investor to attempt to wear him/her down with their relentless B/S. Thes boiler room "hitmen" and their tactics have been closely monitored for some time now and will be dealt with at an appropriate time and place. These rooms owned by the cartel bad guys whom think they are above the law by placing money in all the right places, but they are about to be shocked to find out, that not everyone is on the "take".
5. Last but not least; If you are in, you win! Yes, you shareholders won. You will never see admission of guilt by anyone, nor will you see details about what has taken place the past 3 years. This would cause much distrust in our American market and cause widespread panic, to which this country can ill afford.
6. Jail time and heavy fines await many caught with their hands in the cookie jar. They are spending many sleepless nights lately......thinking about being "Bubba's" newest bestest booty buddy and how they are going to be able to hold on to their amassed fortunes, mansions, fine cars, all expense paid trips to exoctic places, without going bankrupt.
Just my humble opinion......tired of reading the stupidly written posts on this board by slow minded nitwits and arrogant rantings by paid hitmen.
