All of what you said makes a lot of sense.

I also agree about the horrible sales tactics and service when buying a computer @ Best Buy. I will buy something from them after I do extensive research prior and then going in and knowing exactly what I want without their help (like you, I learned the hard way with my first computer).

The reason I like making my purchase there is because I do the majority of my work and classes on my computer and rely on it 24/7. I like the fact that if something goes wrong, they fix it right there when I bring it in to the store. I hate having to drop something off and wait. However, I could go elsewhere now since we currently have 2 PC's and 2 laptops in our household.

Patience is something I'm TRYING so hard to have. This stock is really testing it...lol
