Seems the board has formed a consensus that gold will be moving higher, therefore NUGT and GDX most likely will rise as well, under that scenario. I think gold is going to remain a tough bet on the long side as long as the US employment situation continues to improve, the strengthening USD and improving world economy. But if the economic recovery stumbles, gold should benefit and there is still that Ukraine factor, a soap opera that seems to be the gift that keeps giving .
