I wonder if that Stephan Czarnick is doing the opinion letters.

Looks like this thing goes back to 1976 and some huge gaps where it was clearly a shell company. I looked at the Dec 31, 2008 filing it showed 41,000,000 in the float. After the rule changes, especially Rule 144 and the new implementation of the Evergreen Rule in Sept of 2008, and QASP's stock split 1-1000 subsequent to that, there should only be 41,000 shares in the float.

Sure looks like there are 1.9 billion in unregistered securities out there now. If Cz wrote those dubious opinion letters, this might not end well for him or the issuer as that is the entire float.
