Hunter International Trade Group was incorporated in 1976, it became Forst Hunter International Trade Group, which then became Quasar.

During 1997 to 2004, it sat un-voluntarily administrative dissolution by the state.

It sat dormant as a shell for years. Including 2004 to 2009 when they merged it again with Equos and Quasar.

There are quite a few variations of this entity sitting in a desk as a "shell".
