Try 1-800-503-9260 for E*trade; that's the telephone number for preferred customers and you'll get through alot faster and get much better service. I've been using E*Trade for over 8 years now and I am happy with them; no one out there is perfect, but E*Trade has really improved in the past several years, which is why I stay with them, fwiw...
