if there was a binding agreement that wsgi could continue
use and development then patent rights are really
a moot point , I don't remember the specifics . I do know
that TAO has put that flaccid , flailing thing up in
the stratosphere so there's a plus for the argus. At least
we know it's capable of it in the right hands.
