TSPT +5% on announcement of $1.33/sh special cash dividend:

The option of making a sizable (relative to the company’s market cap) cash distribution to shareholders was broached in a PR from Dec 2013 (#msg-94665658).

Even after today’s bump, TSPT is trading 23% below the $4/sh buyout offer from RTRX in Sep 2013 (#msg-92159356).
