RTRX proposes to acquire TSPT for $4/sh in cash:

The proposed buyout price is a 20% premium to yesterday’s closing price, but only an 11% premium to today’s.

Why is RTRX interested in TSPT? Presumably for the cash and NOL’s (see immediately following post).
